An invoice and a copy of the bid sheet will be supplied to the winning bidder for each item.
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on items unless specified.
The auction co-chairs will have final say in resolving any disputes.
Tax Deductible Information
When you check out, you will receive a receipt for your auction purchases. Be sure to keep this receipt for your records. The purchase price of your item qualifies as a charitable deduction to the extent that the purchase price exceeds the estimated market value.
Tickets for the Event:
The value of the meal is $50. The tax deductible portion of the event ticket is the purchase price of your ticket minus $50.
“Cuff-to-Collar,” “Lucky 6,” “Sleepover” and “Best of Live” Tickets:
These are not tax deductible per IRS guidelines, as they are considered purchasing a chance to win, not a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
